1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to five days of you placing your order, and then take 10 to 20 days to reach your doorstep.

2. What's your return policy?

Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.                                                                                                                                                    

3. Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at esekadesigns@gmail.com and send your item to: Cardenal Cisneros 8, 28010 Madrid, Spain.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation.

5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll make it right.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
